FRIGG Silicone Recall Notice

Dear valued customer,

Our team at Cotton Grove would firstly like to thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate this unprecedented turn of events. 

Please find below a timeline of the current actions being taken by FRIGG and Cotton Grove to perform this recall.

As per ACCC consumer guidelines, recalls of such a nature must be undertaken in a very specific manner in order to maximise the effectiveness of the recall, as well as ensure compensation to all parties involved. At this time, a recall has been issued by the manufacturer, but not by ACCC.  FRIGG and ACCC are currently working towards having an official Recall Notice released, at which time there will be more details on how to receive a refund.

For that reason, if you have purchased FRIGG Silicone Pacifiers and wish to be refunded, please follow the below procedure: 

1. Contact us at hello@cottongrove.com.au

2. Provide proof of purchase of your order.

3. Return any FRIGG Silicone Pacifiers to Cotton Grove or provide proof of destruction of the pacifiers by means of a photograph showing the pacifier nipple cut from the body.

4. Refunds will be issued when an official ACCC Recall Notice comes out. 

Note: The manufacturer's guidelines dictate that FRIGG Silicone Pacifiers are to be discarded after 4-6 weeks of use. 
Please be aware that Cotton Grove will be receiving no compensation for pacifiers considered to have been expired.
