  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, all orders will be processed and shipped within three business days. 

  • All packages are sent via Sendle or Australia Post. 

  • Tracking details are generated and will be provided to the buyer at the time of Shipping.

  • You should receive your delivery within 7-14 Business days, however we cannot guarantee delivery times.

In the rare event that you change your mind about your purchase, we are proud to provide a 30 Day Happiness Guarantee.

Returns and Exchanges must fit the following criteria:

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

  • All change of mind returns* must be returned in their original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of purchase.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for postage to return the items back to Cotton Grove.

  • The buyer may choose to take a full refund or exchange their purchase for an item of equal or lesser value, in which instance, the difference will be refunded.

  • Contact us via the Contact Us page to let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. In the case of an exchange, the buyer has 24 hours to specify the new products they want.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of returned products, Cotton Grove will organize the refund/ exchange of your payment minus the initial shipping costs. 

  • The new product will be shipped within three business days, the postage for the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT

  • DOA Period: Any items that arrive faulty or damaged may be returned for a direct exchange (or full refund if the product is out of stock) within 7 days of delivery.

  • Contact us via the Contact Us page with a complete description of the product fault to organize returning the product.

  • Returns will be processed within 14 days of Cotton Grove receiving the items and be exchanged/ refunded back via the original payment method.

  • Cotton Grove will cover, or compensate for, return postage of faulty items, as well as postage of replacement items to the customer.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Purchases of sale items are final and will not be refunded, unless they can be described as having a Major Failure.

  • Due to hygienic reasons, feeding tools and equipment, teethers and dummies may not be returned or exchaned for Change of Mind. 

  • At no point should your child be left unsupervised while wearing their flower headbands or clips.

  • While Cotton Grove do everything to ensure our products are safe and of the highest quality, they may present a choking risk to small children.

  • Cotton Grove strongly advise to never allow a child to sleep or nap while wearing their headbands or clips and to ensure that they are kept out of reach of small children. 

  • Baby Mobiles are for decoration purposes only. Please note they are not toys. These items may contain small parts and may present a choking risk to small children. At no point should your child be left unsupervised with a Baby Mobile. Please keep them out of reach of small children. 

  • Please follow all Care Instructions provided with feeding tools, teethers and dummies.
